We use a 3-core measurement + photo verification system:

Neck circumference: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar sits — snug but not tight.

Chest girth: Measure the widest part of the chest, usually just behind the front legs.

Back length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the shoulders meet) to the base of the tail.

For best results, have your pet stand on all fours in a relaxed posture. Use a soft, flexible tape measure — never a rigid ruler. If your pet is wiggly, take the measurement 2–3 times and use the average.

High heat is the #1 cause of premature fabric degradation in pet clothing.

Mud: Let dry, brush off, then wash normally.

Food/treats: Pre-treat with mild dish soap, rinse, then wash.

Grass: Pre-treat with white vinegar, let sit 10 minutes, then wash.

Blood: Rinse with cold water (never hot), then wash.

Urine: Soak in cool water with enzymatic cleaner, then wash.

Never use bleach — it damages natural fibers and can irritate pet skin.

Our fabrics use high-quality, low-impact dyes that resist fading. However, all natural fibers will gradually soften in color with repeated washing and sun exposure.

To minimize fading:

Our organic dyes are chosen for their colorfastness and environmental safety — they're free of azo dyes and heavy metals.

Flat drying is strongly recommended for all pet garments, especially knits and structured pieces.

Why flat drying is better:

If you must hang-dry, use a padded hanger and reshape the garment while it's damp. Never hang heavy wet knitwear — it will stretch permanently.

Since each garment is custom-made, we cannot accept returns based on “incorrect sizing” in the traditional sense. However, we are confident in our fit:
